Burnout has become a common issue during the pandemic. As many people struggled to create a healthy work/life balance, they began feeling burned out. Consequently, many people are struggling as they return to their office. This is one of the reasons for the Great Resignation. You can’t always control all the factors that contribute to burnout. An unhealthy work environment may be to blame. And taking a one week vacation or attending a 30-minute seminar on stress relief isn’t going to fix it.
